We cannot notarize or certify copies of Birth, Death, or Marriage certificates. These must be obtained from the office of Vital Records.
BLANK DOCUMENTS
A notary cannot notarize a document that is incomplete or has blank spaces.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Notaries certify signatures, not the contents of a photo.
